The house keeper was soooo good. I can't say enough about her. She need a higher position for sure.
The location and the cleaning and the food
Nothing I had to stay there cause it was the closest thing I can get at that time.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and and a very generous size. Breakfast was lovely and covered many varieties.

The staff went out of the way to accommodate us and our requests. The food was excellent. The rooms were cleaning. The cleaning staff were also very helpful and respectful.

Service very very bad, ordered some coffee in the room and they call after 1 hour and said the machine was not working and we going to make it now and then came after 1 more hour and still looking for tips, receptionist doesnt know anything about guest service, call my room at 1 am to check if o have visitor in my room just because I ordered 2 drinks, and talks very laud and rude. I had miserable experience there.

Whenever I am in egypt I stay in Tolip ElGalaa, The location of the hotel is great, very close to the airport and is about 15-30 mins aways from evryother location in Cairo, which makes it satisfactpry for a long stay. Last year the staff were amazing is the house keeping Mrs.Naglaa was very hospitable and took great care of our suite. Mr. Ameer in the resturant was also very hospitable. This year also the staff were very nice and welcoming, I would like to thank Mr. Mohamed in the reception for helping us out, and Mr.Kareem from the house keeping for taking care of our room. However, I was greatly disappointed in the female receptionists, they kept forgetting to convay our requests to the laundery and house keeping, they were not welcoming or helpful, they dont even smile and during the checkout the receptionist was very very disappointing.
Nearby Cairo International Airport. Staff are kind.
It's great historic property. Lots of green area. Walking distance to the beach. Quite stay. Safe place lots of security.. Highly recommended
